The role requires an enthusiastic individual with the ability to produce high volumes of quality work under tight deadlines, excellent technical skills (MS Office), and a team‑oriented mindset. This position operates in a hybrid arrangement, requiring primarily office work and flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.

Legal Secretarial program certificate plus at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a professional, service‑oriented office environment or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
