About the Role
Our Waste & Environment Department has an opening for a Sustainable Engineer in a term position capacity. As part of the Waste & Environment Department, reporting to the Environment Manager, the successful applicant will be joining a dedicated group of professionals with a passion for our environment, that are focused on data, tangible, effective results and maintaining a supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Corporate Organics and Recycling Program, facilitating the Environmental Incentive Programs, and supporting the core business direction of the department, as well as other areas within sustainability. Work will include data gathering, research, solution development, performance reporting, project management support, and other technical and general duties. The responsibilities can be described as follows :
