The Role

We are looking for a Content Manager to join our Growth team. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of creative production and technical operations. You aren’t just a writer or editor; you are an architect who will build the content machine. You will wear multiple hats—from technical workflow expert to performance analyst—tracking content metrics to optimize for both human engagement and LLM (AI) exposure.

What you’ll be doing

• Build the Engine : Develop and manage generative AI-targeted content that supports all lines of business, from editorial strategy, ideation and legal approval to publishing and distribution to anchor integrated marketing programs, ensuring every piece communicates a clear product value proposition.
• Tool Orchestration : Act as the internal expert for our Content Management System (Jasper, AirOps), project management tools (Asana / Jira), and automation platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing calendar.
• Scale & Automate : Establish data-driven processes to scale purposeful content. You will own the design and management of content workflows and governance to ensure consistency at scale.
• Trend hunter : Identify keyword trends and SEO gaps, scaling content based on a solid understanding of market and consumer trends, research, and analysis to engage relevant audiences and help drive organic search traffic.
• Operational Excellence for Quality & Compliance : Audit existing content paths to remove bottlenecks, ensuring the team moves from “draft” to “live” in record time while baking regulatory requirements directly into the automated workflow.
