What You’ll Be Part Of
Collaborating closely with senior architects to develop compelling, forward-thinking design concepts
Contributing to projects from early visioning through detailed technical delivery
Producing high-quality drawings and construction documentation that translate design intent into buildable solutions
Working alongside designers, technologists, consultants, and clients to resolve complex challenges
Participating in client presentations and design discussions with clarity and confidence
Engaging in an open, idea-driven studio culture that encourages exploration and innovation
Staying current with evolving codes, standards, and emerging architectural best practices
WHAT'S REQUIRED
A professional degree in Architecture from a Canadian institution
Approximately 3–9 years of experience in an architectural practice
Eligibility for registration as an Intern Architect or Architect with the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA)
A strong design sensibility supported by a thoughtful, well-curated portfolio
Solid technical ability and familiarity with Canadian building codes
Clear communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
A collaborative, curious mindset and genuine enthusiasm for design-led work
