Votre Rôle : Coordonnateur(trice) Logistique

Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) Logistique pour soutenir notre équipe des ventes en pleine croissance . Vous serez responsable de la gestion des opérations post-vente en garantissant une communication efficace entre les équipes internes et les clients.

Responsabilités Principales

Gérer les appels entrants et répondre aux demandes clients avec professionnalisme.

Effectuer la saisie de données pour les documents dimport / export.

Assurer la coordination et la communication avec les différents départements et partenaires logistiques .

Vérifier que tous les documents dexpédition respectent les politiques internes.

Collaborer avec les transporteurs pour résoudre les problèmes logistiques.

Maintenir un classement et une documentation bien organisés .

Profil Recherché

Minimum 1 an dexpérience en logistique, transport ou service client.

Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations clients solides .

Français et anglais courants (écrit et oral).

Rigueur et sens du détail .

Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.

Connaissance du secteur logistique / transport 3PL (obligatoire).
