Seafood Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our client's seafood franchise. You will be handling the maintenance of the restaurant's income and stay on top of their restaurant target goals. You will make sure that productivity and customer service are at the highest level.

Location = Downtown Windsor, ON

Restaurant Manager responsibilities are:

• Managing the restaurant operation
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Dealing with customer disputes
• Supervising subordinate team members

Restaurant Manager requirements are:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Great leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years casual dining or full service restaurant management experience preferred
• 2+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required
