Role Overview :
As an Event Coordinator at Precision, you'll play a crucial role in our mission. You'll take the lead on planning pop-up events, engaging with participants, and implementing strategies to ensure the success of our community programs.
Responsibilities :
Organize and execute pop-up events to raise funds and awareness for our causes.Build relationships with participants, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
Utilize face-to-face interactions to engage potential attendees.Create compelling event materials, including invitations and updates.
Collaborate with the team to achieve event goals and contribute to long-term sustainability.
Requirements :
Previous experience in event coordination, planning, or a related area is a plus but not necessary.Good communication and networking skills.
Ability to inspire and engage individuals to participate in community initiatives.Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
