Responsibilities
- loading, unloading and organizing of steel product
- shipping and receiving assistance
- forklift operation (will train on site)
- overhead crane operation (will train on site)
- preparation of orders
- some machine operation to cut orders to size
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse / shipping experience required
- Overhead crane operation experience an asset
- Forklift experience an asset
- Must be able to read measurement tools
- Steel toed safety shoes with met guards required, all other PPE provided
- Reliable transportation an asset- bus service is available but limited
- Ability to work in a moderate to fast paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
