Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to support precision machining operations and contribute to the production of high-quality components.

What You Will Be Doing

Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise :

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to guide production
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to confirm quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of CNC equipment
• Communicate with the production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Embody, demonstrate, and reinforce the #1ANDRITZway core values and behaviors and promote a positive work environment
