Inside Sales Representative
Sales & Account Management
Marketers on Demand is searching for an Inside Sales Representative for a long-term contract with a leading manufacturing client of ours!
Key Responsibilities :
- Order Entry and Order Management of order & projects
- Engage and follow up with customers to ensure their systems are updated
- Perform process map creation, work instructions development and document compiling
- Analyze data, create reports and customer communication
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with customer support experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales position
- Additional experience working in field activities, Sales Support or Sales Force is preferred
- Work experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is a must
