Procurement Specialist

Description

Reporting to the Central Procurement Manager, the Procurement Specialist will support the procurement team by managing purchasing activities, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services.

Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

• Supplier Management : Develop and manage strategic relationships with key MRO and spare parts suppliers. Negotiate all commercial terms to drive cost savings.
• Ensure the timely placement of purchase orders and the resolution of vendor disputes or supply chain bottlenecks.
• Integrate sustainability into the supply chain by identifying and prioritizing vendors who align with our vision and values.

Inventory Management & Optimization

Compliance

Qualifications and Experience

Proficiency in office software applications, including Google Suite and SAP software.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Salary

The salary for this position is $80,000.00-$121,400.00. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
