Company Description
Carbon Technologies, founded by designer and engineer Sean Sapir, is at the forefront of smart home robotics innovation. We have recently transitioned to focus on designing, developing, and manufacturing cutting-edge technology that will redefine the smart home industry and robotics industries.
Today's smart home solutions are lacking in true innovation, and we're going to change that. We are the first company poised to bring a truly revolutionary experience to the masses with groundbreaking full-body and hand motion tracking.
Imagine a home without any traditional switches, controls, appliances.. this is just the beginning. Our focus is on creating breakthrough products with a personalized touch.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer. The Mechanical Engineer will play a critical role in the design, development, and integration of mechanical components for our smart home robotics devices.
This includes working on consumer tech-like devices as well as robotic arms, actuator systems, housing design, and cooling systems.
The role demands expertise in mechanical design, materials science, and thermal management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineers, to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
