Inside Sales Representative
Overview :
Our client is a leading distributor of plastic and electrical products for over 50 years. Due to substantial growth, they are looking for their next Inside Sales Account Manager to be part of their ongoing success!
With a reputation of having highly knowledgeable, relationship-focused professionals, our client requires someone who strives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The Inside Sales Account Manager will be the main point of contact for new and existing accounts in their designated territory.
They will be responsible for increasing sales and distribution, as well as maintaining strong relationships and growing existing accounts.
Here’s what you’ll do :
- Develop and implement strategies to target market potential and opportunities.
- Make prospecting calls / cold calls.
- Manage lead and sales follow-ups using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Evaluate the needs and requirements of potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate and follow up to close deals.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional and networking events.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful :
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Business or similar is an asset.
- 1 or more years of experience in a B2B Inside Sales, Customer Service, Outside Sales or Account Manager position. Experience in / knowledge of industrial or commercial products is desired.
- Curious, self-motivated, eager personality with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Highly accountable with an ability to achieve defined goals.
- Demonstrated success building relationships, explaining products and services in an appealing and genuine manner.
- Excellent English communication (oral and written), as well as customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills including full MS Office Suite, Social Media, CRM.
- Valid driver’s license, access to reliable vehicle and ability to travel within designated territory is required.
- Ability to work in office 5 days per week.
