This role can be remote but with frequent travel around the Greater Vancouver area.

Requirements :
- CIP or FCIP Industry designation.
- 5+ years in Claims / Insurance with strong property knowledge.
- 2+ years of direct leadership experience.
- Technical expertise in personal and commercial insurance.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to leverage data for performance improvement.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
