ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Warranty Administrator to join our team at BMW Royal Oak / MINI Calgary. This position would be a 12 month contract

The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess codes, invoice and submit all warranty claims, and maintain warranty control and rectify warranty schedules for the accounting department
• Ensure warranty return parts are properly tagged, shelved, and secured
• Sort and ship warranty parts returns when necessary, and report payment discrepancies to the Service Manager
• Inform staff of warranty procedure changes and maintain files
• Other duties as assigned by manager
