Responsibilities :
- Develops design solutions under Project Architect's guidance
- Supports business development activities
- Coordinates design changes with clients, consultants, and team members
- Stays updated on design standards, technologies, and market trends
- Ensures compliance with building codes and standards
- Assists in architectural inspections and compliance monitoring
Requirements :
- Architecture degree from recognized institution
- Registered Intern Architect
- Proficient in BIM / Revit, design software, Office 365
- Knowledgeable in building codes, standards, structures
- Skilled in technical detailing, construction processes
- Strong client relations, effective communication
