Our partnered client, a well known manufacturer is seeking an executive sales representative to join their team. This is a permanent hybrid opportunity which would manage the strategic development of new business and revenue.
The successful candidate will hold a hunter mentality with strong client development and relationship building skills. This role will be working with decision makers at C-level influence on their business decisions.
You will hold the ability to manage customer growth through a collaborative consultative approach to growing establish business revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to prospecting initiatives to drive revenue and growth within new accounts
- Maintain a successful pipeline for business development initiatives
- On-site meetings with prospects
- Develop relationships with key contacts to better understand customer needs
- Identifying opportunity to drive business growth through customer feedback
- Understanding of customer needs and peak seasons within their manufacturing business
- Act as subject matter expert for customers
- Further promote sustainability initiatives with customers to add value to products and services provided
- Assure pipeline growth from new accounts through referrals and business leads
- Work to expand business by broadening base of services purchased
- Developing contracts for new business development
- Negotiate prices to secure contracts
- Analyze the profitability of existing and potential business opportunities
Skills and Qualifications :
- 5 years Sales experience within wood manufacturing industry
- Prior experience working with C-level suite contacts to grow business
- Proven results in growth of established accounts
- Comfortable working within a revenue driven role through client relationships
- Holds a hunter mentality with the ability to grow revenue from key accounts
- Offering strategic approach to client management and business development
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient computer use; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
