Purpose :

To ensure the delivery and installation of medical supplies and equipment in an efficient and timely manner while also providing exceptional customer services.

Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver / pick-up equipment, medication or supply parcels
• Complete and submit delivery documentation / paperwork
• Good grasp of mobile devices and app’s
• Complete pre / post trip vehicle inspection
• Communicate with clients regarding parcel delivery and pick up
• Load / unload vehicle using safe lifting practices
• Report delivery issues to dispatcher and / or Order Desk
• Perform general cleaning duties
