Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with expertise in financial services to join our team. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between financial operations and technology, ensuring solutions meet business needs while optimizing processes and improving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Analysis & Documentation :

  • Collaborate with finance teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze financial processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting :

  • Evaluate financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support financial objectives.

    • Process Optimization :

  • Design and implement improvements to financial systems and processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations.

    • Project Coordination :

  • Work closely with IT, project managers, and external vendors to implement financial systems and tools.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.

    • Experience required :

  • 4+ years of business analyst experience within banking, investment banking, finance
  • Good understanding of infrastructure, web applications, Unix and windows OS, knowledge on public cloud web applications etc.
  • HYBRID WORKING 10 DAYS PER MONTH ONSITE
