Agents, Aircraft Lavatory Servicing

Job Description

The incumbents will be responsible for the Lavatory servicing including draining, filling, and sanitizing aircraft lavatories.

Responsibilities

• Toilet waste holding tanks will be emptied and serviced as required
• Takes care of cleaning of the tanks attaching water pressure connection
• Operates various types of equipment and vehicles to provide the necessary services.
• Comply with aviation regulations, occupational health and safety rules and all other company policies and work procedures.
• Be able to act appropriately in the event of an emergency and apply the measures to be taken.
• All other tasks required for the smooth running of operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an Airport environment
• Hold a Class 5 driver’s license;
• Must possess and maintain a valid RAIC card
• Must possess and maintain a valid AD ramp permit
• You must successfully complete the initial and F2 training to obtain this position
• You must successfully complete a medical examination required by Air Transat, as well as applicable security checks, including criminal records.
• Bilingualism (French / English);
• Must be available to work on various shifts (day, evening, night, week-ends, holidays). Must be available 24 / 7
• Ability to lift heavy objects;
• Ability to bend frequently, push / pull stack and kneel in small confined areas;
• Have the capacity to work under various climatic conditions;
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Work uniform and airport parking are provided.
