Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations and lead our teams to success. The General Manager will be responsible for client management and sales, supervising projects, managing budgets, improving operational efficiency, coordinating with clients, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role is salaried, full‑time, on‑site, based in Squamish, BC and requires effective leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and team performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in operations management, project planning, and budget oversight.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical knowledge in construction, landscaping, snow removal, or property maintenance services is an asset.
• Adaptability and problem‑solving skills.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for reporting and project management.
• Experience or knowledge of snow removal, tree removal, or de‑icing processes is an advantage.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs for 8 hours a day, if required.
