Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour, we pay based on experience. Journeyperson rate shown; apprentice rates scale with level.

Position Overview:

• Service, maintain, and repair of residential HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose equipment issues, replace faulty components, and complete repairs efficiently
• Install new systems and carry out retrofits in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards
• Perform preventative maintenance under year-round service contracts with established accounts
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service and complete accurate service documentation
• Keep current with advancements in HVAC and refrigeration technologies and best practices

Job Qualifications:

• Journeyperson Refrigeration & Air Conditioning certificate preferred (Red Seal welcome) - registered apprentices are encouraged to apply
• Refrigerant handling (ODP) certification
• Hands-on experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
