This regular full-time Shift Supervisor works in the Salvation Army store at 125 Main Street, Dartmouth. The position supports uninterrupted service and acts as a Sales Associate when needed. Responsibilities span store opening and closing, inventory control, displays, cleaning, and donor service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store according to procedures
• Receive, sort, price, and reconcile donated inventory
• Replenish shelves and remove merchandise as directed
• Assist with window and merchandise displays
• Provide on-the-job training for staff when required

Requirements:

• Some high school completed
• Two years in a store or warehouse environment
• Attention to detail in merchandise and inventory tasks
• Team-oriented interpersonal and communication abilities
• Compliance with health and safety policies
