The role
- Lead monitor and supervise the team in the toolroom
- Delegate work in toolroom, and communicate with other departments as necessary
- Schedule and support in organizing presentative mould maintenance as well streamline processes
- Assign tasks to robot, machine maintenance, mould change leads, and electrician
- Ensure that all the machine and robot repairs are documented in ERP system
- Oversee proper functioning and maintenance of auxiliary equipment
- Oversee and manage building and facilities, as well as communicate issues to the technical manager
- Other duties as assigned by management
What you’ll bring
- 5 plus years of experience working with injection molding machines and IML robotics
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
- Trouble shoot problem machines, robots and equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based manufacturing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
