Client Service Agent Alberta Agriculture

Serve Alberta agriculture clients through clear communication, relationship management, and knowledgeable support across multiple channels. Work directly with clients, producers, and AFSC teams.

As a Client Care Agent, you provide the first impression while supporting delivery team goals. You will learn insurance, lending, and risk management. The position includes in-house learning and development while handling client requests, inquiries, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and manage relationships across communication channels
• Educate clients about AFSC products and services
• Resolve inquiries through troubleshooting and real-time support
• Enter, review, and verify information in AFSC systems
• Prepare documents and summarize data for reports

Requirements:

• High school diploma and three years of experience
• College diploma and one year of related experience
• Knowledge of Alberta and the agriculture industry
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse groups
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies
