Serve Alberta agriculture clients through clear communication, relationship management, and knowledgeable support across multiple channels. Work directly with clients, producers, and AFSC teams.
As a Client Care Agent, you provide the first impression while supporting delivery team goals. You will learn insurance, lending, and risk management. The position includes in-house learning and development while handling client requests, inquiries, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and manage relationships across communication channels
- Educate clients about AFSC products and services
- Resolve inquiries through troubleshooting and real-time support
- Enter, review, and verify information in AFSC systems
- Prepare documents and summarize data for reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma and three years of experience
- College diploma and one year of related experience
- Knowledge of Alberta and the agriculture industry
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse groups
- Ability to learn and adopt new technologies
