A High School Diploma is required, while a Pharmacy Assistant diploma and previous pharmacy experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather prescription information according to established Standards
- Process new prescriptions and refill requests accurately
- Select medications for prescription filling
- Count, measure, package, and label prescriptions
- Refer clinical inquiries and counseling needs to pharmacists
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Pharmacy Assistant credited course diploma preferred
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
