Children's Apparel Store Leader

Support families at Carter’s as a Part Time Supervisor, combining children’s apparel knowledge with customer service and team leadership.

Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Skip*Hop, and Little Planet serve families from preemie through size 14. This supervisor becomes a brand and product expert, maintains customer focus, and coaches the store team toward service standards. The role also supports safety, operational controls, and customer loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an expert across Carter’s brands and product ranges
• Maintain genuine customer focus throughout the sales floor
• Foster positive, safe, and inclusive store environments
• Build loyalty through company-sponsored customer programs
• Support Asset Protection through service and operational controls

Requirements:

• Positive and solutions-oriented approach to workplace challenges
• Effective professional communication, written and verbal
• Computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and web navigation
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed
