Support families at Carter’s as a Part Time Supervisor, combining children’s apparel knowledge with customer service and team leadership.
Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Skip*Hop, and Little Planet serve families from preemie through size 14. This supervisor becomes a brand and product expert, maintains customer focus, and coaches the store team toward service standards. The role also supports safety, operational controls, and customer loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert across Carter’s brands and product ranges
- Maintain genuine customer focus throughout the sales floor
- Foster positive, safe, and inclusive store environments
- Build loyalty through company-sponsored customer programs
- Support Asset Protection through service and operational controls
Requirements:
- Positive and solutions-oriented approach to workplace challenges
- Effective professional communication, written and verbal
- Computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and web navigation
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed
