SVP seeks a Shop Manager for its Northeast & Midlands Retail team in Clanbrassil, Dundalk. You will manage the St Vincent de Paul Charity shop, maximizing sales, productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all shop operations and daily retail performance
• Lead volunteers, CE staff, TUS participants, and employees
• Maximize sales, productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure legislative, health, and safety compliance
• Deliver customer service reflecting Society values

Requirements:

• Minimum Leaving Certificate qualification
• Three or more years in customer-facing retail
• Team management and sales target experience
• Proficiency in sales reporting
• Communication, organizational, IT, and interpersonal skills
