Lead retail operations at Vincent's Dundalk using customer service, sales reporting, and team management skills in a permanent full-time role.
SVP seeks a Shop Manager for its Northeast & Midlands Retail team in Clanbrassil, Dundalk. You will manage the St Vincent de Paul Charity shop, maximizing sales, productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction. The role supports business growth while reflecting SVP’s retail standards, policies, and ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all shop operations and daily retail performance
- Lead volunteers, CE staff, TUS participants, and employees
- Maximize sales, productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure legislative, health, and safety compliance
- Deliver customer service reflecting Society values
Requirements:
- Minimum Leaving Certificate qualification
- Three or more years in customer-facing retail
- Team management and sales target experience
- Proficiency in sales reporting
- Communication, organizational, IT, and interpersonal skills
