Our client is seeking a 10:50PM-6:00AM Order Picker - Sun to Thurs to join their team. As a 10:50PM-6:00AM Order Picker - Sun to Thurs, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to meet KPI targets consistently—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Overnight Order Picker - Sun to Thurs

Location: Dartmouth, NS

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

Shift: Backshift (10:50 PM - 6:50 AM)

What's the Job?

• Assemble orders for shipment to stores with a target of 95% KPI accuracy.
• Pick orders using the Vocollect system while following SOPs, safety procedures, and Sobeys policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment as required by company standards.
• Follow training guidance and complete hands-on learning after initial SOP/safety training.
• Perform other warehouse duties as required to support daily operations.

What's Needed?

• High attention to detail and the ability to pick orders with 95% accuracy.
• Ready and able to speak English and understand headset order picking instructions.
• Physical capability for frequent bending, lifting, and reaching; occasionally lift over 88 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Steel-toe CSA-approved footwear and a safety vest are required (Lawtons does not provide these items).
