Description

Both Orthodontists and Dentists are an integral part of our doctor driven business. Our goal is to deliver superior clinical outcomes with an enhanced patient experience. Our continued growth and success depends on enabling dental clinics to thrive.

Your mission as a sales Territory Manager is to apply comprehensive knowledge of Invisalign and iTero sales strategies for key accounts to accelerate revenue and higher case volume. You will sell directly to professional business owners (Dentists and Orthodontists), transforming an analog process with clear aligners and innovative digital solutions that make straightening teeth easier, faster, and more accessible – helping practitioners grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute territory business plans based on account potential, market opportunities, and growth objectives.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans for high-potential customers by assessing business goals, challenges, needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Leverage data analytics and business insights to support customer decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Educate dental professionals on Invisalign and iTero products, services, and digital solutions to build clinical confidence and support product adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with doctors, treatment coordinators, clinical assistants, education, marketing, and product development teams to understand customer needs and align Align solutions with practice objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources to enhance the customer experience, strengthen relationships, and drive ongoing adoption of Align products, services, and digital solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs, identify business opportunities, and recommend tailored solutions that deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies independently, prioritizing critical tasks with urgency, accountability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Engage customers through in-person and virtual sales channels, adapting sales strategies to customer preferences and business needs.
