Job description
The Red Barn Smokehouse is looking for a Smokehouse Bacon Cook to join our team. In this role, you’ll primarily be responsible for cooking and packaging Red Barn’s famous Double Smoked Bacon for all of our sandwich bars. Training will be provided, and you’ll work as part of a small team in a relaxed work environment.
Responsibilities
- Cooking: Cook bacon for our sandwich bars
- Packaging: Package bacon for shipment
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Food Safety: Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards
- Other Duties: Opportunity to cross-train in other departments
