The team behind the genius

Our team designs practical automation, control, and digital solutions that improve industrial performance, reliability, and safety.

Our expertise is diversifying, how about you?

You will design and integrate automation and control solutions, primarily for bulk material handling systems.

Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will support conveyors, feeders, crushers, transfer systems, stockyard equipment, and loading or unloading facilities.

Automation and Control System Design

• Design industrial control and automation systems, with a strong focus on bulk material handling applications.

• Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions tailored to client needs and project constraints.

• Prepare control narratives, functional descriptions, schematics, specifications, and data sheets.

• Support instrumentation, control panel, system architecture, and equipment selection.

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Bulk Material Handling Systems

• Develop operating sequences, interlocks, permissives, alarms, emergency stops, and start-up or shutdown logic.

• Integrate conveyors, feeders, crushers, screens, transfer points, stackers, reclaimers, loaders, rail systems, and auxiliary equipment.

• Integrate MCCs, VFDs, instrumentation, belt scales, safety devices, and condition-monitoring equipment.

• Support brownfield upgrades, troubleshooting, commissioning, and production ramp-up.

Software and Digital Solutions Development

• Develop and integrate software tools, sensors, connected devices, and industrial data solutions.

• Acquire, process, and visualize real-time operational data.

• Test, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize systems.

Project Delivery

• Support multidisciplinary projects from concept through commissioning.

• Prepare technical deliverables and contribute to proposals, estimates, and planning.

• Conduct site surveys and support field implementation.

Installation and Commissioning

• Support installation, FAT, SAT, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and handover at client sites.

Our essentials

• Diploma or degree in automation, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, software development, or a related field.

• 10+ years of industrial automation and controls experience, including significant hands-on bulk material handling experience.

• Strong experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms.

• Programming experience with Python, C#, C++, or similar languages.

• Experience integrating instrumentation, industrial networks, third-party platforms, SDKs, or APIs.

• Familiarity with EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFINET, OPC UA, MQTT, or similar protocols.

• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and motor control is an asset.

• Smart sensing, monitoring, machine vision, analytics, or industrial AI experience is an asset.

• Demonstrated bulk material handling control-system design, programming, integration, or commissioning experience is required.

• Ability to estimate engineering effort and support proposals.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Strong autonomy and priority-management skills.

• Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset.
