Why Consider Kamloops?
For an Architect considering a move from Vancouver or the Lower Mainland, Kamloops offers an appealing combination of career opportunity, lifestyle and greater affordability.
Located in BC's beautiful Interior, Kamloops offers a sunnier climate, access to lakes, mountains, hiking, mountain biking, golf and skiing at nearby Sun Peaks Resort.
Compared to Metro Vancouver, Kamloops offers the potential for more attainable homeownership, shorter commutes and a more relaxed pace of life, without giving up access to great restaurants, amenities and outdoor recreation.
For an established Architect looking to put down roots, enjoy more space and spend less time commuting, the lifestyle benefits can be significant.
More importantly, this role offers the opportunity to step into a meaningful leadership position, help shape the future of an established architectural practice and work toward future partnership.
If you're an experienced AIBC Registered Architect who is ready for greater responsibility, leadership opportunities and a new chapter in BC's Interior, we would love to hear from you.
