Assembly and Production - Cabinetsmith

Manpower is currently hiring Cabinet Assemblers for a manufacturing client. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.55 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood cabinet components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Install cabinet drawers, doors, hinges, and hardware.
• Operate an up-cut saw to cut rails and prepare materials as required.
• Perform dowelling, joining, and assembly of cabinet components.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet production standards.
• Package and palletize completed cabinets for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.

Requirements

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, woodworking, or production experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
