Renfrew County Bus Lines is hiring school bus drivers in Renfrew County, Ontario !

No Class B licence yet? No problem! We’ll help you through the process and provide practical training to get you ready for the road.

You will:

• Be the first smile of the day by welcoming students on board and ensuring their safe transport between home and school.
• Look after the children’s safety, both inside the bus and around the vehicle during boarding and alighting.
• Promote a calm, respectful, and reassuring atmosphere by ensuring safety rules are followed and passengers behave properly.
• Carry out safety and compliance checks before departure to guarantee the vehicle is road-ready.
• Keep the bus clean, tidy, and welcoming to provide a pleasant experience for everyone on board.
• Accurately complete required documents (daily sheet, and other records).
• Monitor fuel levels and fill up when needed so the vehicle is always ready to go.

Requirements

• No criminal record related to the job.
• Have a driving record with no demerit points.
• Good knowledge of the territory.
• Spoken and written language: English.
• Possess a valid”G” Class Licence or equivalent, at least years of age and be able to obtain a valid Commercial Driver’s Class “B” Licence through our training program.
• Must reside in Ontario.
