This is a brilliant opportunity to combine test automation with hands-on customer support in one varied role. You’ll build and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, while developing your SQL, PowerShell and AI tooling knowledge. You’ll work closely with software development teams to identify defects and improve enterprise software quality. The role also gives you direct customer exposure, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 queries and supporting user testing. You’ll gain an end-to-end understanding of Civica Canada’s Convergence software in a collaborative, global environment.
