Logistics and Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities
Direct the physical movement of products, oversee order management, and manage key shipment liaisons to maintain smooth inventory flow.

Maintain precise shipping and receiving documentation, generate daily reports, and proactively solve data discrepancies before they impact operations.

Serve as the go-to communicator for drivers, clients, and internal teams, providing clear updates and standout service at every touchpoint.

Leverage specialized logistics software and office applications daily to accurately track shipments and monitor inventory status.

Provide essential administrative and clerical support to keep the entire facility running efficiently.



Qualifications
You bring 1 to 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving or as a lead hand (a background in the HVAC industry is a huge plus).

You excel at navigating computer systems, are highly comfortable with Microsoft Office, and ideally have experience using SAP (a strong asset, but not required).

You possess strong written and verbal communication skills that allow you to coordinate seamlessly with drivers, customers, and colleagues.
