Job Summary
The Application Support Lead oversees the support, administration, and continuous improvement of OpenText platforms and related enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. The role leads L2/L3 production support, manages incident and problem resolution, ensures platform stability and security, and coordinates with business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and application support teams to maintain reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead L2/L3 support operations to ensure platform stability, security, and performance.
- Manage incident and problem resolution to minimize service disruptions.
- Oversee platform upgrades, releases, and ongoing maintenance.
- Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
- Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and application support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure OpenText solutions support document management, records management, workflow automation, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting, administering, and maintaining OpenText platforms and ECM solutions.
- Experience leading L2/L3 production support operations.
- Strong understanding of incident management, problem resolution, and platform stability.
- Ability to collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and technical support teams.
- Experience managing platform upgrades, releases, and service improvements.
Nice to Have
- Experience with OpenText enterprise content management solutions.
- Experience supporting document management, records management, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in enterprise content management environments.
