Job Title: Software Developer (ERP/CRM/Platforms) – Junior

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to support the development, customization, integration, and maintenance of enterprise applications across ERP, CRM, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, JavaScript, SQL, REST/Web APIs, and modern application development practices. The candidate will assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and enterprise platforms such as Oracle ERP/HCM and PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 under the guidance of experienced developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET/.NET Core.

  • Support the development of web application components using JavaScript and React.

  • Assist in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform applications.

  • Support the configuration and maintenance of Dataverse tables, relationships, and business data.

  • Develop and consume REST APIs and web services to facilitate application integration.

  • Write SQL queries and support database operations using SQL Server, Azure SQL, and other relational database technologies.

  • Assist with application integrations involving ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms.

  • Gain exposure to Oracle HCM/ERP, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, and PeopleTools 8.61.09.

  • Support application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting in Microsoft Azure environments.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions.

  • Assist with CI/CD workflows, automated builds, testing, and application releases.

  • Follow object-oriented programming principles, coding standards, and secure development practices.

  • Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with business analysts, QA specialists, and senior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in software development, application programming, or enterprise application support.

  • Foundational knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET/.NET Core, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages.

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and front-end development; exposure to React is an advantage.

  • Understanding of REST APIs, web services, and application integration concepts.

  • Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with relational database concepts.

  • Awareness of Microsoft Azure, cloud application development, and CI/CD fundamentals.

  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

  • Interest in ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Familiarity with Dataverse, Oracle HCM/ERP, PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, or PeopleTools is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Academic projects, internships, or practical experience developing web applications or enterprise software.

  • Exposure to Azure SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 customization.

  • Familiarity with version control, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
