Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Contract and System Coordinator on behalf of our client in Calgary, AB. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in system coordination, supply chain operations, contractor management, time entry systems, SAP, process improvement, user training, and stakeholder support.

You will support the implementation and day-to-day management of the Detailed Time Entry (DTE) process and MyTrack platform. You will work closely with suppliers, contractors, business users, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and successful system adoption.

  • Location: Calgary, AB

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 hours per day

  • Job type: Temporary 6 months with potential of extension | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for MyTrack and DTE processes.

  • Support contractor onboarding, offboarding, time entry, approvals, and invoicing activities.

  • Monitor data accuracy, resolve system issues, and ensure compliance with established processes.

  • Assist with UAT testing, system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.

  • Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user guides.

  • Train and support English and French-speaking suppliers, timekeepers, and business users.

  • Generate reports, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Collaborate with business, supply chain, IT, and project teams to support implementation and ongoing operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in system coordination, supply chain operations, business process support, or administration.

  • Experience supporting contractor management, time entry, invoicing, or PR/PO processes.

  • Experience with MyTrack, workforce management, timekeeping, or similar systems.

  • Experience with UAT, system testing, defect tracking, and process documentation.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

  • SAP or ERP experience considered an asset.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • French language skills are considered a strong asset.

  • Comfortable training and supporting users in both languages.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
