Credit Card Sales Representative

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who thrive in a retail environment. You’ll represent a trusted Canadian financial brand inside a major retailer, engaging customers, recommending credit card products, and earning uncapped commission based on your results.

What You’ll Do

• Engage customers in-store and explain the features and benefits of credit card products.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and make relevant recommendations.
• Deliver positive, professional customer experiences while representing the client brand.
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with retail store staff.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Adapt your approach to different customers and support multiple store locations as needed.

What We Offer

• $17.95/hour base wage + uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time and part-time positions.

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with customers.
• Goal-oriented with strong communication and listening skills.
• Customer-focused, professional, and committed to confidentiality.
• Open to coaching, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Sales or customer service experience is an asset, but attitude and drive matter most.
• A valid driver’s licence or vehicle is an asset, but not required.
• Willingness to complete criminal and credit background checks.
