Qualifications:

• Prepare and cook menu items quickly and accurately to customer specifications.
• Operate grills, fryers, flat tops, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure food is cooked to quality standards and presented properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory levels.
• Follow all food safety and health regulations.
• Must be available for a variable schedule including evenings and weekends.
