Description:
We are seeking an experienced Short Order Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work efficiently during busy service periods.
Qualifications:
- Prepare and cook menu items quickly and accurately to customer specifications.
- Operate grills, fryers, flat tops, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure food is cooked to quality standards and presented properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory levels.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations.
- Must be available for a variable schedule including evenings and weekends.
