About the Role
Verify and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for payment or reimbursement
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues identified during reconciliation processes
Prepare and maintain accurate reconciliation reports for management review
Update and maintain inventory records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely and professional responses
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and back up of financial and no financial transactions
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient reconciliation procedures
Physically able to load and unload cases of beer, wine, spirits, and cider that weigh between 40 lbs (18 kg if you prefer the metric system) and 60 lbs (27 kg)

About You
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation tasks
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bilingualism in French considered an asset
You must be eligible to work in Canada, and be a minimum of 18 years of age
You agree to submit to a Criminal Background Check, at your own expense, before commencing work with the LCBO. (If you have a satisfactory criminal record check issued within the past six (6) months of your first day of employment, this will suffice
What you need to know
You are required to be available Monday through Saturday open availability and additional occasional Sunday availability.
The rate of pay is $17.85 per hour (with an additional 8% in lieu of benefits, and an additional 4% for vacation pay)
Hours are not guaranteed but are scheduled in advance by the Manager. However, on occasion, you may be called in to work on short notice.
This job is part of a union, requiring payment of union dues which is currently 1.35% of your gross earnings
