Project Overview
We are seeking experienced SAP professionals across multiple workstreams to support a Canadian rollout of an existing Global Template. The S/4HANA program runs on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition under RISE with SAP. The SuccessFactors workstream covers Employee Central, Time-Off and Employee Central Payroll.

These are separate openings. Candidates should have expertise relevant to their selected role.

Open Roles and Key Skills

1. SAP S/4HANA Functional Solution Architect

  • End-to-end solution architecture across EAM, PS, MM, WM and CO, with FI and SD integration.
  • Hands-on PS/EPPM and EAM configuration.
  • WBS, networks, project planning, budgeting, availability control, costing and settlement.
  • EPC industry experience, architecture governance and cross-functional solution design.


2. SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling Consultant – FI/CO

  • General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset Accounting.
  • Bank accounting, multi-bank connectivity, tax, payments and cash management.
  • Cost/profit center accounting, project costing and settlement.
  • Financial reconciliation and integration with MM, SD, PS and EAM.
  • North American finance requirements and Canadian localization.


3. SAP Sales & Distribution / Supply Chain Consultant – SD

  • End-to-end order-to-cash processes.
  • Sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping and billing configuration.
  • Integration with Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management and Project Systems.
  • Sales master data, localization and functional specifications.


4. SAP Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse & Quality Management Consultant

  • SAP MM, IM/WM and QM with end-to-end Procure-to-Pay expertise.
  • Sourcing, purchasing, goods receipt and invoice verification.
  • Stock movements, physical inventory, batch/serial management and inventory reconciliation.
  • Warehouse processes and incoming quality inspections.
  • Inspection lots, quality stock, usage decisions and cross-module integration.


5. SAP Enterprise Asset Management / Plant Maintenance Consultant – EAM

  • Equipment, functional locations and maintenance master data.
  • Maintenance notifications, orders, plans and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintenance planning, scheduling, spare parts procurement and cost tracking.
  • Integration with MM, Inventory/WM, PS, FI and CO.


6. SAP Technical Development & Integration Lead

  • SAP S/4HANA technical delivery and ABAP development.
  • WRICEF objects, interfaces, extensions and technical specifications.
  • SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs and enterprise integration.
  • Clean Core-aligned development, technical reviews and defect resolution.
  • Coordination of distributed development and integration teams.


7. SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant

  • Employee Central, EC Time-Off and Employee Central Payroll.
  • Leave rules, accruals, time accounts and payroll localization.
  • Global Template rollouts, country localization and multi-country payroll.
  • SuccessFactors integration architecture and data migration.
  • Payroll parallel testing, cutover and production transition.
  • Long-term contract; onsite requirement in Edmonton.


Common Responsibilities

  • Assess the existing Global Template against Canadian business requirements.
  • Lead Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops and document fit-gap decisions.
  • Configure approved solutions and govern local requirements and template deviations.
  • Coordinate with Global Template owners, business stakeholders, functional, technical, integration and security teams.
  • Prepare solution designs and functional or technical specifications.
  • Support data migration, unit testing, SIT, UAT, mock cutover, production cutover and hypercare.
  • Promote standard SAP functionality and Clean Core principles.

  • Experience Requirements

    • 15+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 8+ years of SAP consulting experience in North America, based on the attachment’s common requirements.
    • Strong hands-on expertise in the modules relevant to the selected role.
    • Proven Global Template rollout experience within multinational organizations.
    • For S/4HANA roles, experience with RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
    • For the SuccessFactors role, 15+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.
    • Strong communication, workshop facilitation, documentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Onsite Availability
  • S/4HANA consultants must be available onsite for 4–6 weeks during Explore and a similar period during UAT and Cutover.
  • SuccessFactors candidates must be local to Edmonton or Calgary and available to work onsite in Edmonton.
