Job description Infosys - HRD - Lead -Business Partner HRInfosys is looking for a Lead Business Partner HR for its Human Resources team.

In this role, the respective individual will explore innovative means to review HR operations effectiveness; execute unit specific performance management initiatives;

Assist with the periodic communication plan to ensure HR services delivery effectiveness.Responsibilities : Conduct New Hire Orientations, Onboarding formalities and Exit interviewsHR Operational effectiveness and efficienciesEnsure that corporate initiated programs meet appropriate Canadian legislation and are consistent with local conditions.

Improve employee satisfaction and engagement by ensuring a fair and effective feedback mechanism is delivered to achieve improved employee performance.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR programs and processes.Engage in other HR activities and special projects as assigned.

Qualification : BasicBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 6 years of work experience including HR domain with Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience with Masters.

Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian HR laws and regulationsWork experience in a high / fast-paced organization with constantly evolving priorities.

Also experience working for global / multinational matrixed organization is preferredExcellent time management skillsWork with a high sense of urgency and efficiency with a top-level customer-focused approachLocation for this position is in Calgary, Alberta.

Coaching and Mentoring skills for team building, client facing skills.Crisis handling tasksExperience working with goal-oriented metrics and KPI’sFacilitate timely flow of information for analytics and reporting for different HR processes.

Assist in manage and review the following HR operations, Performance management frameworkManage and support the following aspects Employee Assimilation, Hiring and Deployment, Performance Management.

Execute unit specific performance management frameworkMonitor the employee governance process and adherence to code of conductManage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required.

French language proficiency is an asset but not mandatoryThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
