Forklift Operator (Raymond Reach)

We are seeking a dedicated Raymond Reach Forklift Driver to join our clients dynamic team. The Raymond Reach Forklift Driver is responsible for safely operating a Raymond reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise within a warehouse or distribution center. This role supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Raymond reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Put away, replenish, and retrieve products from racking systems.
• Load and unload trailers as required.
• Pick orders accurately according to customer specifications.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse to support operations.
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any defects.
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper scanning and documentation procedures.
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits when required.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, shipping, receiving, and warehouse personnel.

Qualifications

• Valid Raymond Reach Truck certification.
• Minimum 1 year of reach truck operating experience preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) as needed.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
